There does seem to be an attitude problem on the MC server, I also have 2 children and when they get a little older if they would like to play CS I would like them to be introduced to our server! I realize that you find foul mouths on just about every server out there but lets keep it "out there" and not bring it to the MC server! Admit it guys The MC server rocks! MukaMan	Attitude check Posted: Sunday, September 14, 2003 11:58 PM (EST) Hey All!!!   The names MukaMan, and I'm an admin at {MC}Paradise, wut i basically have to say is that, have u all noticed that when u swear, there is a filter on it?? hey! maybe that is a hint that swearing is frowned upon! so if u think that yur smart by putting like a period  in between letters and getting to say the word, yur not, as an admin, i will punish u. Alos, this whole "noob" talk, it really bugs me to hear this, i have a younger brother that plays this server, and i must admit, he isn't the best of players, but he enjoys it, but when i came down to see wut he was doing one time, he quit and said"I hate this game", and u want to know why? because some guy was hounding him about being a "noob". I hate that word, and if i find u using it, i will warn u, continued use will result in punishment. Daniel	Attitude check Posted: Tuesday, September 16, 2003 8:06 PM (EST)                                             Attitude check  I'm the player <-=Daniel=-> that usually plays on MC Paradise, true to the fact most of us flame on newbies for stupid reasons. I agree that we shoudl try and be more respectful, as well as try and help the newbies out. I have quite a few times flamed on the newbies, for many stupid reasons( most of which were shadow camping on ties, or bottom shadow camping. ). Daniel	Attitude check Posted: Tuesday, September 16, 2003 8:14 PM (EST) I've been reasding some MORE post about this topic, and bad language is a bad thing on MC too, I admit i do often contribute to that ( and i'm a pretty young kid unfortunately. ). Anyways, i do think it needs to improve. Maybe you guys should put up like a new rule or something that goes on the screen like admin messages, " No cussing, and don't Flame Newbs. ". Maybe if peopel start getting penalties of soem sort they may stop. BTW Muka, if ya remember me. Anytime i'm on and start flaming on someone fore being a " newb " or start cursing please warn me, a habbit i'd like to try and help break. Personally I believe that if we were to post something saying no curse-words and have it come up every few minutes on the server might help it, definatley couldn't hurt, but I think that the people that come on the server to play or most of them anyway dont really keep an eye on the csay commands or any other! Great idea though Daniel. Imaginary	Attitude check Posted: Sunday, October 5, 2003 8:29 PM (EST) I agree with everyone here. We were all newbs at one time and being a newb is nothing to be looked down on. Overlook what newb meens, It meens your new, so why do people use it as an insult? It shouldn't be used as an insult due to the fact basicly it's not. The curseing and such problem is another thing a lot the same. I do appreciate the blocking. I hope people stop being major jerks about it and have some fun! after all think about it, why do you have CS? bcuz its a game, why do u have a game? bcuz its fun, why do u want to have fun? because people are probably nagging you everywhere else, and you need to get away and with people swearing and cussing its just no fun! so go out and have a fun time with no cusses and no swears and respect those newbs!!! f1killer	Attitude check Posted: Saturday, October 18, 2003 8:25 PM (EST) admins have a responsibility to make sure none of this happens i definitly agree with all you guys, but i say we should start strictly enforcing this rule, i know i played with some young kids today and people, even those in my own clan, were going around the swear blocking, i am probably still considered a noob to some of u guys and i know that its just not cool to be called one!  this game is all about fun, and this server keeps it that way...but if it really gets out of hand we really should use the authority we have and stop it, my opinon but im 100% behind all u guys

Master	Attitude check Posted: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 11:41 PM (EST) I agree with everyone who's against cussing on MC.  I never cuss, I think it shows a lack of education, meaning, you can't think of another word to put in its place.  There is an easy solution to stop people from cussing, simply ask them.  Dont' say "knock it off" say "hey, could you please watch your langauge." I tell ya what, I am utterly surprised at the compliance every time I ask that.  Rellik always asks as well, which I am grateful for, others do too.  As for the newb thing, I'm guilty.  But I dont' say it to REAL newbs, or those new at the game, or server.  Just to those that irritate me by camping and such things.  I also must say I'm impressed by all that was said in this post, you'll not find anything like it anywhere else on Counter strike, almost garaunteed! thanks.

People get mad when they come in and are new, because they cant figure out why they just get smoked over and over.. The only way to fix this, is to ban all the good players that return all the time and allow all others to join (Just kidding btw... but ya, ban them... no just kidding... or am i? HMM ... yep just kidding)
cash	Attitude check Posted: Thursday, December 28, 2006 2:12 PM (EST) i'm representing for 2005 and 2006 :-) As the previous posts state, you swear or badmouth people, you're life is in my hands... I mean you will be punished. The MC servers have and always will be fun for every age, which is the greatest part of the servers. I don't think we need a swear filter, we need an active admin on every server every single time there is a person on one of our servers. This way not only can we promote popularity, but also moderate (if need be) because there are those few who come in with their mouths open spilling out a bunch of crap that no one wants to hear. The entire noob deal, just go away. I use to REALLY suck at the MC servers, but I liked the attitude/environment and wanted to get as good as Para (now I'm ranked about him... hehe). So those of you being called noobs, stay here, get better, and turn around and pwn those losers who are calling you a noob!!!! Have fun ladies and gents!!
